Consent Forms

The EHOA are currently in the process of updating all our Approved Trainers' contact details. To ensure that potential clients can get in contact with you, it is vital to your business that all contact details are correct.

All Approved Trainers are requested to review their current contact details on our main website. If you were previously unlisted and now wish to appear or if your contact details need updating, please download and complete the Consent Form For Tutors Listings on Website form by clicking here.

The form must be signed and returned by fax to 012764665, or by post to Hegarty House, 4 Carlton Terrace, Novara, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Please note that this form cannot be send by e-mail as a signature is required.

Username and Passwords

As part of the new EHOA website, trainers will now have there own Trainers' Area. In the coming weeks, you will be receiving an e-mail with your User Name and Password which will allow you gain access to this area.
