The EHOA were delighted to present the worthy charity “Touch Shannonside” with this years’ John Shelley Bursary of €5000 in Dublin on the 3rd of December. The charity was nominated for the bursary from the North Western Branch of the EHOA by Ray McLoughlin.
Shane Keane Chairman of the EHOA was delighted to present Karen Conroy with the Environmental Health Student Award at the Clarion Hotel on the 3rd of December 2010.

The highlight of the AGM which took place on the 16th of October in Drogheda was the election of two new board members, Catriona Stack as Deputy Chairperson and Noel Donnelly as Honorary Treasurer

The EHOA were delighted that Senator Niall Ó Brolcháin launched our 27th edition of the Environmental Health Officers Association Yearbook 2009-2010 on the 13th of March 2010. The launch saw members, associate members, fellows and guests gather in the EHOA’s headquarters Heraghty House in Bray, County Wicklow to celebrate this year’s publication.
