Excellence in Environmental Health Awards
The Excellence in Environmental Health Awards allows us to showcase the outstanding contributions, achievements, or innovation in the environmental health field, not only within the profession but also in the wider world of environmental health.
There are two categories within these awards:
- EHOA Excellence Award: Environmental Health Professional of the Year (Award for demonstration of excellence in professional practice).To be known as the ‘Con Healy Medal’
- EHOA Excellence Award: Outstanding Contribution to the field of Environmental Health (Award for exceptional research/lobbying other activities associated with environmental health)
The closing date for this years awards is the 15th of October 2011
Eligibility
1. The nominating person for all awards must be a member in good standing of the EHOA.
2. Nominees for EHOA Excellence Award: Environmental Health Professional of the Year MUST be a member in good standing of the EHOA at the time of their nomination.
3. Nominees for EHOA Excellence Award: Outstanding Contribution to the field of Environmental Health DO NOT need to be a member of the EHOA at the time of their nomination.
