The EHOA Student Award is presented on an annual basis to the Environmental Health student who has received the highest overall result within their graduation class from Dublin Institute of Technology.The purpose of the Award is to recognise achievements and excellence of Environmental Health student and to motivate them to perform well.

DIT graduation ceremonies for the class of 2009 took place on Saturday the 31st of October 2009 in St. Patrick's Cathedral, where 38 Environmental Health graduates of the Faculty of Tourism and Food were conferred.The EHOA were delighted to present Joan McLoughlin with the EHOA Award for the Environmental Health Student with the Best Overall Results.
