Office Manager: Deirdre Fitzsimons
Deirdre Fitzsimons, who has a background in accounting, joined the EHOA in 1999 in the role of Course Administrator and Accounts Manager. She has been with the EHOA through major changes which saw the employment of a second full time member of staff and the relocation of our business to our Head Office in Bray. Her current role as Office Manager oversees the financial business of the EHOA, the organisation of events and conferences, the EHOA Food Safety Training Liaison for Private Licensed trainers and Safefood and as a support to the volunteer Officer Board of the EHOA. She is currently involved in the redevelopment of the EHOA Primary Course in Food Safety as a member of the Hygiene Education Committee and is also involved in the FETAC accreditation process

Administrative Assistant: Amanda Noctor
Amanda joined the EHOA in September 2003 on a part time basis for 2 years having previously work in the Pest Control Industry for 4 years. On commencing her full time position she became the second full time member of staff and was given the role as our Administrative Assistant. Her prime role is dealing with the Course Administration of the Primary Course In Food Safety and the Safefood for life programme. This positions makes her the Offices first point of contact for our Private Trainers, teacher and the general public. Other Duties include dealing with the day to day running of the office, co-ordinating funtions for the EHOA and in August 2010 she took on the role of web administrator along with Lisa Fitzpatrick PRO.
